- While Windows XP users are not eligible for the free upgrade to Windows 10, it is possible to upgrade these systems by software installation discs and license keys. If you want to upgrade window XP to window 10 by license key then follow these steps.
Physical Disk– If you are upgrading Window 10 from XP then select physical disk.
Copied all files and folder- Copied all files and folders to an external hard drive.
Software installation– Find your software installation discs and license keys.
Microsoft Windows 10- Go to Microsoft Windows 10 download page and select on the link for version you need. Use 32-bit only if your computer does not have a 64-bit processor.
Create a bootable DVD– Save your files and create a bootable DVD or USB thumb drive.
Navigate system- After bootable drive, navigate it and run setup.exe, then select latest update. Accept the license terms and install the latest updates.
